User Roles and Responsibilities

Buyers: The Buyers have the ability to post projects (fixed, hourly, milestones) and engage Sellers based on their project requirements. The Buyers are required to make sure that their projects are clearly defined and described.

Sellers: The Sellers have the ability to make proposals to the Buyer projects and to post their gigs. The Sellers are responsible for providing the services that are listed in their proposals and gigs.

Transactions

All the transactions on GigMint must be performed using our platform. The Buyers agree to pay the agreed price for the services provided, and the Sellers agree to provide the services in agreement. Fees may be charged by GigMint for transactions.

Prohibited Activities

User is prohibited from any behavior that violates any laws, breaches any rights of any third party, or is generally unlawful or fraudulent. The following, without limitation, constitutes prohibited behavior:

Posting false or misleading information 

Unauthorized transactions not conducted through GigMint
