About the project

I want an AI customer-support chatbot built on top of an LLM, trained on our help docs, that can answer common questions and hand off to a human when needed.

What's involved:

  • Ingest our docs/FAQs into a retrieval (RAG) setup
  • Chat widget for our website with our branding
  • Sensible guardrails + human handoff for edge cases
  • Basic analytics on questions and deflection rate
