I want an AI customer-support chatbot built on top of an LLM, trained on our help docs, that can answer common questions and hand off to a human when needed.

What's involved:

Ingest our docs/FAQs into a retrieval (RAG) setup
Chat widget for our website with our branding
Sensible guardrails + human handoff for edge cases
Basic analytics on questions and deflection rate

Experience with LLM apps / RAG required. Share something similar you've built.
